The It Pack Final brought together It Pack members from across the series for a drinks reception, lunch, and keynote speech and Q&A session with Nick Hewer (from the BBC1 show The Apprentice).

Congratulations to our 12 finalists, who were each interviewed at the It Pack Final by myself, John Kitson and Janice Deakin (Aviva), and Nick Hewer (BBC's The Apprentice). All the finalists should be very proud of their achievement.

The 'It Pack Member of the Year 2009' was Matthew Stringer from Bloomhill Insurance Solutions. He received an Insurance Times Award trophy and £1000 prize.

Congratulations also to James Woollam from Hayes Parsons, and Samantha James from Eastwood and Partners, who were both highly commended.
