After the success of the ‘Focus on the Regional Broker’ 2008 Roundtable series, Insurance Times has once again teamed up with Norwich Union soon to be Aviva. This time, the focus will be on the new recruits of the industry - the ambitious new regional brokers, who have been working in the industry for fewer than 5 years, and who look set to be future leaders in their field.

Over the course of 2009 Insurance Times will travel to each region of UK to meet these members and discover their greatest aspirations and concerns. Our aim is to bring the voice of these ‘rising stars’; to the forefront of the industry.

We want to find out what keeps new brokers awake at night, how they view the market, how they perceive their career paths through the world of insurance and how they intend to tackle the current dynamic conditions in order to prosper through the recession. What's more, we want to find out how new brokers do business. How unique each regional broking hub actually is and how business is conducted on the ground.
