One of the tools that have become highly valued at Aviva are the Real Deal cards. They help provide a good insight into what is important to a person and they are increasingly being used in reviews and team meetings.
Take a look at the words/phrases on the cards below and select five that represent the factors that matter to you most in your working life. You also need to select a 6th card as your "Deal Breaker" - this is the factor that, without which, you would feel disengaged or unhappy in your work. Once you've made your selections, take a look at how many A, E, I or R cards you've got - these are the letters in brackets.
