So what makes you tick?
The It Pack is for up-and-coming insurance brokers who aspire to inspire, and who want to get their voices heard.

We want to know why you got into insurance, and where you want to go.

We ask the It Pack to tell today's industry, the perspectives of tomorrow's leaders:

  • What do you see as the biggest challenges facing the broking industry currently, and in the near future?
  • What three big changes do you see happening in the insurance market in the next 5 years?
  • Where do you aspire to be in 5 / 10 years?

Consider your priorities:

What motivates you?
What is most important to you?
What would be your definitive deal breaker?

Play your Real Deal cards to find out
One of the tools that have become highly valued at Aviva are the Real Deal cards. They help provide a good insight into what is important to a person and they are increasingly being used in reviews and team meetings.

Take a look at the words/phrases on the cards below and select five that represent the factors that matter to you most in your working life. You also need to select a 6th card as your "Deal Breaker" - this is the factor that, without which, you would feel disengaged or unhappy in your work.

Once you've made your selections, take a look at how many A, E, I or R cards you've got - these are the letters in brackets.
