Paul is a UK lawyer and one of the country's leading specialists in risk management and regulatory affairs in the financial sector with twenty-five years experience of UK and other regulatory regimes.

He has a record of success in both industry (fifteen years) and professional services (ten years including seven as Partner at KPMG). He has particular strengths in reviewing and improving performance of existing risk and compliance functions and setting up risk and compliance arrangements in new environments.
