Danny Walkinshaw

Danny joined Insurance Times in September 2007 as a reporter. Previously, Danny worked on local newspapers and in radio.
He qualified from the London College of Printing with an FdA in Journalism before completing a post-graduate NCTJ newspaper journalism course at Harlow College in the summer of 2007.
Danny was awarded the Most Promising Newcomer award at the British Insurance Brokers Association's journalist of the year awards in June 2008, and scooped the Online Award the following year.
Danny is regularly spotted at Upton Park, cheering on West Ham United, where he has had a season ticket for 14 years.
