This category is designed to recognise outstanding high net worth products and their impact on the market.
The Insurance Times’ editorial team selected the shortlist of insurers/MGAs which are the top rated providers for high net worth according to brokers surveyed in our Broker Service Survey.
Providers selected were invited to present to a panel of judges who decided the winner. Judges wanted to know how the high net worth product has benefited the high net worth community (brokers and customers) in areas such as quality of cover, claims, and overall expertise and support.

What key achievement did your entry highlight?
The enhancements we have made to our product proposition to benefit both customers and brokers, with changes to policy cover, documentation, underwriting expertise, service, claims and innovation.
Can you share data or testimonials to back up your bid to win?
The results of the Insurance Times Personal Lines Survey 2017 to 2018, from broker feedback we moved from 11th to 6th position in a year. For all the changes we have made to enhance our product proposition we gained customer feedback throughout the process of reviewing what we had delivered and what we have created.
What sets your firm apart from the other shortlisted contenders?
We're a different kind of business – from our charitable ownership to the depth of our specialist knowledge for fine art and listed buildings. Our supportive culture has allowed me to build a team of experts who are genuinely immersed in the high net worth sector and are committed to serving brokers and their customers. We drive and develop our art and private client product to meet the needs of high net worth individuals, investing in and nurturing the talent we need to become renowned in this market.
How will you celebrate if you are the victor?
We will ensure that all staff in the art and private client team are part of the celebration as without the team we would be unable to provide the service we do to our brokers/customers. We would also thank our brokers that have supported us through all the changes we have carried out so far and have helped with our journey.
