Insurers can breath a sigh of relief this week. And maybe raise a glass or two after a group of Scottish alcoholics decided not to sue the two largest Scottish breweries.
The action group comprised some of Glasgow and Edinburgh's finest lushes. They were outraged that brewers had not put clear health warnings on their cans of Special Brew and bottles of whisky.
It seems the group often met to discuss the litigation over a few jars, but the next morning, had forgotten what they discussed.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
