Alan Boswell Group (ABG) has acquired Norfolk Insurance Services (NIS). Buying NIS will boost its presence on the high street, the company said.
The East Anglian broker will move all NIS staff to its Attleborough office.
ABG managing director Alan Boswell said: "Despite the escalation of direct insurance organisations, there's still a big demand for the special service that only local insurance offices can provide.
"I am pleased to say that our approach remains locally focused, operated by staff with intimate knowledge of local needs."
