Having come to terms with the presence of claims management companies, insurers, lawyers, and brokers alike should have come to grips with the issue of cold calling.

But discussions on the issue seem to have moved on slightly. The question now is how cold should cold calling be? Slushy, frosty, ice cold?

Apparently, the question on people's slightly blue lips is: "Is there some type of cold calling that is so cold it's unacceptable?"
