With regard to the anonymous letter "Missing adjusters" (6 March, Insurance Times) perhaps I should say that we are not missing.
We are here and do not need much finding.
For a long time we have consciously made the decision not to pile it high and sell it cheap. We make no excuse for being traditional "old fashioned" loss adjusters and our principals, who recognise value for money when they see it, regularly instruct us.
We employ only experienced and skilled loss adjusters and it is a formula that works.
