In a survey 830 visitors to the Capital Incentives website were asked to pick attributes from six male and female celebrities to create a caricature of their ideal boss. Surprisingly, all the attributes were male.
On a more serious note, those surveyed, who included nearly 100 from the insurance industry, said fair treatment was valued higher than a good salary - although many might argue the two go hand in hand.
And 48% of respondents said Richard Branson would be their perfect employer. That is despite Branson's golden boy image taking a pounding from Tom Bower's damning biography.
