Aon has created 120 jobs in its new Leicester call centre...

Aon officially launched a new call centre in Leicester yesterday (28 June) creating 120 jobs that will all incorporate a four-day working week. The call centre will handle and process applications to the Post Office's travel insurance scheme.

A survey commissioned by Aon Consulting found that over 80% of adults employed in regular work would choose more flexible hours if the option was open to them, with less than one in five people (18%) saying they would prefer to stick with their regular 9 to 5, five days a week routine.
