To access the Five Star ratings microsite, you will need to subscribe to Insurance Times or purchase the full Five Star Ratings Report.

The site provides a ready reference tool to compare insurer performance and features:

  • Rankings of insurers performance based on the Five Star scale and on the established Broker Service Survey annual ranking system
  • Dedicated pages on each insurer featured in the survey, giving overall insurer experience star ratings and where there is enough data, ratings for each service area including claims, underwriting, policy documentation and quality of cover.
  • Ratings by broker segments: Top 50 Broker, Large Independent Broker, Small Independent Broker and Network Member
