UK creditor and warranty insurer Pinnacle Insurance has signed a contract with software provider Aruna, for its business intelligence product Aruna Companion.
The software can be used to increase speed of acquiring customer information and helps with management and internal reporting.
It will produce data on profitability and areas of potential business growth.
Pinnacle's business risk manager Peter Bloxham said: "The advantages of applying Aruna Companion to our business are clear. Its speed places critical information directly into the hands of executives who make the business decisions and make it an incredibly powerful tool."
AKA policy
The Cox Insurance Retail Division company, Anthony Kidd Agencies (AKA), has launched a new group personal accident and business travel policy designed for companies with five employees or more.
AKA director Graham Cox said: "The option to combine both personal accident and business travel provides an insurance package for the client to protect both the business and their employees."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
