For a third consecutive year, Covéa Insurance has been awarded an overall five-star rating by personal lines brokers. Brokers saw a drive to improve on last year’s already strong result and, as a result, gave the insurer five stars in each of the five service factors. In comparison, Covéa last year achieved five stars in four of the five service factors and one four-star rating, for quality of cover. Furthermore, this year Covéa surpassed its competitors as the only insurer to achieve a maximum star rating in all service factors.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
