Lloyd's insurer Amlin in talks with broker over insolvency practitioners’ business

Amlin is in talks to acquire the UK insolvency practitioners’ insurance business from Lockton.

In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the acquisitive Lloyd's insurer said: "Amlin announces that it has entered into discussions with Lockton with a view to effecting the transfer of Lockton’s insolvency practitioners’ insurance business in the United Kingdom to Amlin."
