The Claims Service, set up by Carole Nash in November last year, has assisted more than 1,500 motor-cyclists in its first year.
The service helps bikers to recover sums such as insurance excesses and lost earnings following accidents where the motorcyclist was not to blame.
It has now been extended to include anyone involved in an accident that was not their fault.
