Driver who “could not afford” insurance gets paltry fine

Bolton motorist Laszlo Bago, 45, of Halliwell Road, was banned for six months for driving without insurance, fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge, the Bolton News reports.
