GAB Robins Affinity Management said its revenue grew by more than 35% in 2002.

The loss adjuster's service, which provides outsourced claims handling to local authorities, said its total annual income was in excess of £2m.

National account director George Bentley said: "GAB Robins Affinity Management was only formed in March 2002. It now handles an average of 32,000 claims per year."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
