ULR company WiseCall Claims Assistance is set to double its staff after clinching a claims management contract from telesales broker Keith Michaels Insurance.
The deal was signed following a successful three months trial and WiseCall director Donald Rodger said the Tyne & Wear based company has more deals in the pipeline.
The contract means WiseCall, which is affiliated to motor trade broker Tradewise, plans to increase its staff from 8 to 18 by the end of the year.
WiseCall currently handles more than 30,000 motor accident claims annually, a figure set to rise to 40,000 following the deal with Keith Michaels.
