From November 5 young drivers who pass their test with the AA driving school will be given £100 towards their first insurance premium.
Drivers under-21 who complete the Pass Plus course can earn an additional insurance premium of 35%.
The company said the initiative has been launched in response to the growing amount of uninsured drivers on the road.
