ACE has announced the launch of a pension trustee liability product.
The group claimed it would provide increased protection for trustees by broadening existing cover and benefits provided in its elite pensions trustee liability product.
Cover has been extended to include a legal representation expenses feature associated with official or fact-finding investigations by a regulatory body such as the Pension Regulator.
