The Budget group's claims handling business Advanced Claims Management (ACM) has reduced the number of motor repairers within its supplier network in a bid to increase efficiency and bring it more in line with the industry norm.
ACM, which is based in Peterborough, said it was confident that it had a good network of motor repairers and, as a result of the review, would see a rise in efficiency levels and lower administration costs.
It added that customers would benefit from a better service, and that the remaining suppliers would also see an increase in the amount of business given to them by ACM, which would help to develop stronger relationships.
