Broker to offer claims handling service to motor clients
Adrian Flux Insurance Services has signed a deal with ULR Additions to provide a round the clock claims handling service.
The deal also provides motor insurance clients of the Norfolk-based insurance broker with a legal policy covering up to £100,000 of legal costs in the event of a non-fault incident and can help in circumstances where the client needs a replacement vehicle, has suffered injury or has incurred uninsured losses.
ULR chief executive Nigel Sayer said: “Adrian Flux has grown to be one of the biggest employers in Norfolk and its operations complement our own service based in Norwich. This deal will retain and create jobs not only in the UK, but also within our region.”
Adrian Flux customer manager Lee Westwood said: “We are extremely pleased to now be able to offer our clients a 24 hour a day, all year round claims service with ULR Additions, a service that the recent weather conditions has shown is all the more important.”
