Affinity partnership consultancy, Affinity Solutions, has completed a management buy-out and recruited a new chairman.
Peter Friend, former managing director of Aon's affinity division, will chair the board, with Bob Hand continuing as managing director.
Hand said: "We believe that affinity groups in particular have not been given much consideration in the FSA changes."
Affinity Solutions' clients include Age Concern and Marks & Spencer.
