Butler and Quayle join personal lines broker

Ageas Insurance Solutions has announced two key appointments to its senior management team.

Colin Butler has joined as senior insurer development manager, responsible for developing and supporting relationships with insurer partners. He has 24 years experience in the industry in a variety of sales and management roles starting with Commercial Union in 1988 and including independent insurance, Close premium finance and most latterly strategic development manager with AXA.

Chris Quayle, the newly-appointed head of finance, joins Ageas from Marks and Spencer Money, where he held the role of finance manager. With more than 25 years experience in a variety of financial roles, Chris has overall responsibility for all aspects of business financial decision support, financial reporting and control for the company.

Ageas Insurance Solutions managing director Jason Banwell said: “I am delighted to announce that we are welcoming two new senior appointments into the business. Colin has worked closely with our company for a number of years and the relationships he has developed externally and internally with our insurer relations department will be very valuable. Chris also has a significant amount of financial management expertise and this will help to support us in growing our highly specialised team.”
