Lloyd's reinsurance broker Alwen Hough Johnson (AHJ) is to enter the credit, surety and political risk sectors after recruiting market specialists Michael White and Nick Hester from Heath Lambert.
Creation of the new division follows AHJ's recruitment two weeks ago of a 15-strong international non-marine team, also from Heath Lambert.
Together, Hester and White have wide-ranging experience, including work with banks, leasing companies, financial institutions, manufacturers and specialist insurers.
AHJ chairman Hugh Price said: “AHJ is delighted to be able to move into the credit, surety and political risk sector with experienced and respected individuals.”
