Norwich based broker, Alan Boswell Insurance and Financial Services Group, has signed a deal with IT firm, Whitespace Software, to run its policy administration functions.
The new 'Quotation and Administration system for the Alan Boswell Property Owners Scheme' will enable the broker to implement new administration procedures.
The broker claims the system will improve policy documentation and improve the quality control of risks accepted.
Managing director Alan Boswell said: "We chose Whitespace for this venture as they have 18 years experience in the insurance market, they have developed similar systems in the past and they fully understand our needs and requirements.
"We are also keen to build a long-term relationship with
Whitespace to develop our broking software systems in the next year."
