Allianz Cornhill unveiled its new Household Claims Centre today which it has created in order to improve its claims service.
The centre will offer assistance to customers and brokers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
By providing a dedicated notification and full claims handling facility, claim forms become a thing of the past and the whole claims process will be significantly faster, claims the company.
Allianz Cornhill claims manager Keith Hough said: "We are committed to being a strong competitor in this field and are confident that improvements in service to the end customer are key.
"Our move to a dedicated centre for household claims will bring many benefits to our brokers and our customers, expediting claims settlement whilst improving efficiency."
