The General Management Group has agreed that a new company name, Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc, will become effective on 13 January 2003.
It has also been agreed that from this date, the internal division name of Allianz Cornhill Regional will change to Allianz Cornhill Broker.
Allianz Cornhill International will continue as the internal divisional name until January when this will change to its customer facing name Allianz Global Risks.
