Allianz Cornhill has launched an internet claims tracking system to provide information on motor and fleet claims which is updated daily.
Brokers with large motor accounts can use it to check the status of claims for their clients, while nominated fleet managers can obtain risk analysis information.
Claims manager Harry Rule said: "Claims Tracking will enable brokers to keep their clients informed about how their claims are progressing without the need to refer to the insurer. This is good news for the brokers as they can demonstrate a real hands-on approach to their clients' claims."
