Christmas was not a happy one for everyone working at Aon's Caterham office this year.
Aon announced that it would not be renewing its lease on the office when it expires in June 2005.
So the 200 staff, who mainly work on affinity business, will have to relocate.
About 70 may end up at the firm's Redhill office, just six miles away.
But another 90 are being consulted about relocating to Leicester - around 130 miles away - while the remaining 40 are being consulted about moving to Romford - just under 40 miles away.
