Manduca on the board of Alexander Proudfoot Company

Operational improvement firm Alexander Proudfoot Company has appointed a new UK board of advisors, which includes Aon UK chairman Paul Manduca.

The advisory board is chaired by Sir Patrick Brown, chairman of the Go-Ahead Group. It also includes Barry Dinan, director of Hanson Green; Manduca, also the chairman of Henderson Diversified Income; John Matthews, chairman of the Regus Group and Media Systems Group; Michael Miles OBE chairman of Schroders and the BP Pensions Trustee Ltd; and Christopher Sheridan, non executive director of several companies including Standard Bank London and Hanover Acceptances.

Proudfoot chief executive Luiz Carvalho said: “The UK is a critical market and we are committed to continuing our investment efforts in the region."
