Aquilo, an insurance IT specialist, has entered into a strategic partnership with technology consultancy IT-Freedom, according to a report.

The partnership is said to cover arrangements for joint marketing and revenue sharing. According to a report, Aquilo is acquiring a 5% equity stake in IT-Freedom.
The report continues that Aquilo holds options to increase its stake and has agreed the right to appoint a non-executive director to the board of IT-Freedom. Mike Eve will fill this position.
Eve, chief executive office of Aquilo, said: "Aquilo is delighted with this closer commercial relationship with IT-Freedom. They have the desire and drive which complements our experience and vision. I believe that together we can continue to help to transform the industry."
