Legal expenses provider gains membership
Arc Legal Assistance has signed up as a member of the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA).
Arc Legal director Richard Finan said: “Our aim is to use our expertise to allow insurers to participate in this specialist class of insurance, and to provide services to distribution channels that are not within an insurer’s usual capability.”
MGAA chairman Reg Brown said: “It is important for the MGAA to represent all classes of business within which MGAs operate. Legal expenses insurance is an important niche class of business, and so we are delighted to welcome Arc Legal to the association.”
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
