Legal costs insurer Arc Legal Assistance has won the contract to supply legal costs insurance to classic car specialist Lancaster Insurance Services.
Lancaster is the appointed insurance agent for the MG Owner's Club, the ‘one-marque' motoring club.
The legal costs insurance will be provided automatically to all of Lancaster's customers. Alongside the legal package customers will also have access to motor breakdown cover provided by Equity Red Star.
Lancaster managing director Bill Godsell said: “Arc and Equity Red Star have provided us with a package that will meet the demanding needs of our customer base.
“A particularly important aspect of our decision to use Arc was the flexibility of its business model. We are able to use our existing solicitor arrangements to ensure the high quality of our advice and service is maintained while benefiting from their tailored cover."
The legal costs insurance cover is underwritten by Equity Red Star who is a partner in Arc's underwriting market.
