The website's advice surgery has been launched. Users can Ask the Experts and have queries and concerns dealt with by one of the resident panelists, including The Broker Network's Grant Ellis, Biba's Peter Staddon and Primary Group's John Bibby. Topics already covered include customer service and the industry's out-dated image.

Insurancetimes.co.uk launched a tenders news service, which puts users in touch with major insurance contracts throughout the UK. The website also broke a number of stories, including how the Higgs report might affect directors' liability, and the FSA's consultation proposal on professional indemnity.
