Atrium Underwriting has announced that its chairman Sir Raymond Johnstone, has resigned from the board.
At its AGM the Lloyd's insurer also revealed that non-executive director Giles Weaver has resigned from the Board.
Charles Bailey was appointed Chairman while Harry Henderson was appointed non-executive director. Simon Curtis was appointed group finance director.
Steve Cook, the previous group finance director, has been appointed group-managing director.
