The Independent insurance run-off firm Aurora is set to announce its new parent company today.
Outsourcing firm Capita has been widely tipped as Aurora's buyer.
Rubicon and IT giant IBM had been among the companies which have been linked with the Aurora.
Capita has so far declined to comment on the speculation.
