Autoglass has bought Italy's market leading repair and replacement company to add to its European service portfolio.
It picked up 47 branches in Italy with its purchase of Darma SpA.
Autoglass now has a presence in 18 European countries.
Managing director Ian Carlisle said the Italian buy was an exciting move that would help Autoglass strengthen its commitment to high service levels for fleet motorists.
