Cyrte Investments had assets valued at £337m
Aviva’s Dutch business, Delta Lloyd Group has agreed to acquire Cyrte Investments.
Cyrte Investments had assets under management of €500m (£337m) at December 31 2006.
Aviva said in a statement: “The acquisition of Cyrte Investments will enable Delta Lloyd Asset Management to develop new investment concepts, in line with its strategy of managing profitable funds with a distinctive investment profile.”
Definitive documentation will be signed shortly.
