AXA UK has appointed Robin Monro-Davies as a non-executive director.
Monro-Davies is currently a non-executive director of Fitch, after retiring as its chief executive at the end of last year.
He is also a non-executive director of Fitch's parent company Fimalac SA and the chairman of a number of private companies.
He will replace Nigel Stapleton, on the AXA UK board since 1999, who retired on 31 May.
