Jean-Marie Nessi has resigned from his position as chief executive of Axa Corporate Solutions, Axa Group's subsidiary for global risks insurance and reinsurance.
The group said he had quit largely due to personal reasons.
Philippe Donnet, who took on responsibility for the subsidiary at group level in January, will replace him.
Donnet has worked for Axa since 1985 and is a member of Axa's executive committee.
