AXA has announced that its decade-long partnership with Misys network Countrywide has been extended by a further five and a half years.
The exclusive arrangement covers both household and creditor insurance.
AXA said this underlined its growing presence and intent in the personal lines intermediary market, and signalled a renewed focus on its general insurance business from Countrywide.
Mark Cliff, AXA's distribution director, said: "I believe [this] is a further indication of the strength of our partnership proposition, and comes on the back of a string of successes in this channel this year."
