Schoolchildren took over the boardroom of Ipswich-based Ryan Insurance Group this week on a fact-finding mission.
Managing director, Colin Ryan, handed over the reins to a dozen pupils from Beacon Hill school as they visited the broker to find out about the world of work.
The company also handed over two cheques totalling £315 to the Ipswich School for children with special needs between the ages of five and 16.
The dozen or so year six pupils enjoyed a guided tour of the offices, parts of which date back to Tudor times, and met staff from different departments before collecting the cheques.
