Global broking giant Aon has appointed Miles Banks has as its new director of claims.
Reporting to Aon chairman Dennis Mahoney, Banks will work with the broker's divisions to develop large claims between Aon's clients and their insurers.
Mahoney said: "Ensuring that the claims process proceeds smoothly and efficiently is fundamental to our overall client service.
"Mr Banks' extensive experience in the claims arena will be a tremendous asset in this role in helping Aon clients to negotiate their large claims successfully."
