Broker Berry Birch and Noble (BBN) has acquired Baynes Roland Insurance Brokers' client base of small to medium commercial clients and high net worth individuals. Baynes Roland's general insurance team of Paul Collier, Peter Embling and Ian Torrington will also join BBN as part of the transaction.
BBN chief executive Paul Harrison said: "This continues the growth of our insurance broking business by acquiring a very attractive portfolio of clients with a skilled general insurance team. Our gross written premium will now exceed £30m for the forthcoming year."
