Beachcroft Wansbroughs has launched a new consulting venture, which aims to advise clients in the regulatory arena of the financial services sector.

Beachcroft decided to offer advice in response to increasing client demand for regulatory advice.

They also felt that their financial services heritage put them in a good position to deliver consultancy services.

With regulatory change affecting the industry the company has assembled a team including former senior FSA supervisor, Brian Hague and Simon Godsave.

Senior partner Lord Hunt said: "There is a clear growth in demand for advice and understanding in the regulatory arena and the legal solutions we provide to our financial services clients are only one aspect of their overall regulatory needs."

Beachcroft plans to provide advice on compliance, systems and senior management arrangements.
