Dublin-based Beazley has begun buying back its own shares, buying 267,811 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 112.50 pence per share yesterday and 161,592 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 112.046 pence per share on Monday.
It holds 429,403 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares purchased represents 0.08% of the voting rights attributable to the total Ordinary Shares in issue prior to such purchases.
The Company has 533,474,410 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
