Insurance broker Beddis & Partners, formerly Beddis Hobbs, is moving to larger premises in central Birmingham. The company said rising staff numbers prompted the move.
The company is also introducing a new corporate image, logo and website
Beddis & Partners said the changes followed an agreement by its chief executive officer, Peter Beddis, to release 30% of his equity holding in the company to three new shareholders.
They are company directors David Wheatley, Steve Nelms and Neil Dunsby.
